Return & Exchange Policy

At Style Beat, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The size does not fit (exchange only, subject to availability)

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The product must be in its original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (caused by customer)

  • Discounted / clearance sale items

  • Items without original tags or packaging


3. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order details and clear photos (if damaged/incorrect item).

  3. Our team will confirm the next steps.

4. Delivery Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the delivery charge.

  • If the exchange is requested for size or preference change, the customer must bear the delivery cost.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if a replacement is unavailable.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to complete after approval.

  • Refund method will be discussed during confirmation (Bank/Mobile Banking).


6. Important Notes

  • Please check the product carefully in front of the delivery person.

  • No complaints will be accepted after the 3-day return window.

  • Style Beat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
